Example Power Commander Mapping

The motorcycle is a Honda SP1 which was fitted with a set of Scorpion end cans. We then fitted a DNA air filter and a Dynojet Power Commander PCIII USB then mapped the power commander to suit the end cans and the filter.

The graph shows the power/torque and air/fuel ratio before any work had been done to give us a base reading at 100% throttle. Click to enlarge.

We then mapped the power commander at 100% throttle to set the air/fuel ratio at the optimum level. The blue line displays the mapped run and the red line displays the stock run.

The graph shows a power and torque gain all the way from 6000rpm through to the red line with a peak power gain of 6.62bhp and 1.72ft-lbs of torque. Click to enlarge.
